后殖民语境下的译者主体性研究——以生态翻译学为视角

Translator-Centered Research in the Post Colonial Context——From the Perspective of Ecological Translation Theory

从后殖民翻译理论来看,不同文化之间的不平等权力关系和霸权侵略从始至终都未停止过,所以翻译的任务是要缓解处于强势地位的西方文化长期以来对东方文化话语权力的压迫。译者一方面应客观准确地移植异族文化精髓,充分尊重翻译生态系统中语种多样性的客观现实;另一方面,应摆正其主体性地位,保持本土文化和身份意识,遏制强势语种对弱势语种的话语霸权侵略,以保证翻译生态系统繁荣、健康、平衡的发展。

From the perspective of postcolonial translation theory, the existence of unequal power relations and hegemony aggression between different cultures has not stopped from the very beginning till now,so the task of translation is to ease the discourse power oppression which western culture has long been upon the oriental culture. A translator, on the one hand, should graft alien culture＇ es- sence objectively and accurately, fully respecting the cultural diversity of the translation ecosystem. On the other hand, translators should place right their place of subjectivity, to keep their local culture and identity consciousness, and to contain the language discourse hegemony aggression which strong culture has imposed on minority one, in that case to ensure the balanced development of translation ecosystem healthily and prosperously.
