自治县及民族乡民族文化考察与思考——以广西壮族自治区河池市为例

Investigation and Reflections on Situation of Ethnic Culture of Autonomous Counties and Ethnic Townships—A Case Study of Hechi City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

广西壮族自治区河池市地处广西西北部山区,是一个集老、少、边、山、穷、库(库区)为一体的贫困地区,也是全国十大特困地区(市)之一。全市现辖11县、市、自治县,其中一市一区4县5自治县,共130个乡镇,其中有11个民族乡、1个街道办事处。全市总人口381万人,其中壮、瑶、苗、仫佬、毛南、侗、水等少数民族319.5万人,占全市总人口83.79%。改革开放以来,该市自治县及民族乡的民族文化得到了长足的发展,特别是近几年来,其发展已逐渐步入了文化发展的快车道。本文就其民族文化发展现状及存在问题的考察情况提出了新的思考。

Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, located in northwest mountain area of Guangxi Province, is one of the ten most destitute areas (cities) of China. Now it governs one city, one district, four counties and five autonomous counties of which there are 130 towns, including 11 ethnic townships and 1 sub-district office. The city has a population of 3.81 million of which the minorities takes 83.79% . Since the reform and opening up, the ethnic culture of the autonomous counties and ethnic townships has developed rapidly, especially in recent years. The paper proposes new thinking for the status quo of national culture development and the investigation situation of existing problems.
