A Re-analysis of Relationship between Natural Law and Social Law

自然规律与社会规律既相区别又相联系。二者的区别在于社会规律只在人的实践活动范围内起作用,而自然规律不仅在人的实践活动范围内起作用,而且在人的实践活动范围之外起作用,在人的实践活动范围之外的自然规律是与社会规律截然对立、只通过盲目的无意识的力量起作用的。二者的联系在于所有作用于人的实践活动的自然规律同时也就是社会规律,它们都是人的实践活动的规律。

The Natural law and the social law are different but related to each other. The differences are that social law only plays a part within human beings' practical activities, while natural law works not only within human's practical activities but also out of the range. Natural law, out of human's activities, works by blind and unconscious force and is completely opposite to social law; the relation is that all natural law which acts on human's activities is also called social law, and both of them are the law of peoplepractical activities.
