提高民族地区乡村师资水平 促进教育均衡发展——以贵州省都匀市王司镇新场小学为例

摘要 由于生活环境和社会条件等各种因素,少数民族边远地区的师资一直成为当地教育发展的瓶颈。随着交通基础设施的进一步改善,少数民族村寨中独具特色的民族风情得到不断地开发和展示。通过学校教育去传承民族的传统文化,已经成为促进民族地区教育实现均衡发展的一个重要内容。本文以贵州省都匀市苗族学生比例较高的王司镇新场小学作为个案,结合当前民族地区学校教育中存在的问题提出了一些认识和思考。 Living environment and social conditions in ethnic minority regions limit the development of local education. With the improvement of transportation infrastructure, folk custom with unique characteristics in minority village is constantly developing and being displayed. Inheriting national traditional culture by school education has become a major part in promoting balanced development of education in ethnic minority areas. The thesis takes Xinchang primary school for example where there is a large proportion of Miao students in Wangsi town, Duyun city, Guizhou province.
