摘要
目的了解攀枝花学院2011届毕业生营养状况,积极提出营养教育和干预措施。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法对攀枝花学院2011届1 500名毕业生进行调查,用BM I进行营养状况评价。结果营养正常率男生为70%,女生为58%,差异有统计学意义;营养不良检出率男生为18%,女生为34%,差异有统计学意义;超重率男生为6%,女生为5%,差异无统计学意义;肥胖率男生为6%,女生为3%,差异有统计学意义。结论攀枝花学院2011届毕业生营养问题以营养不良为主,毕业前对学生进行营养教育和干预很有必要。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of the Panzhihua College's 2011 graduates.Methods Investigated 1 500 the Panzhihua University's 2011 graduates by cluster random sampling,then used BMI to assess the nutritional status.Results The normal rate of the nutritional status was 70% in boys,58% in girls,and the difference was statistically significant.Malnutrition detection rate was 18% in boys,34% in girls,and the difference was statistically significant.The rate of overweight was 6% in boys,5% in girls,and the difference had no statistical significance.The rate of obesity was 6% in boys,3% in girls,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The main nutritional problem of the Panzhihua College's 2011 graduates is malnutrition.It is necessary to conduct nutrition education and intervention on students before their graduation.
