HPLC测定金荷胶囊中栀子苷的含量

Determination of the content of geniposide in Zhizijiedu capsules by high performance liquid chromatography

目的探讨建立HLPC测定金荷胶囊中栀子苷含量方法的临床意义。方法超声30min提取栀子苷,以Kromasil ODSC18（250mm×4.6mm）为色谱柱,以（甲醇∶水）=15∶85为流动相,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0mL/min.结果栀子苷的线性范围为0.1266~0.6330μg（r=0.999）,平均回收率（n=6）为97.40%,RSD为1.7%.结论HPLC测定金荷胶囊中栀子苷含量方法简便、准确、重复性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于该制剂质量控制的评价。

Objective To study developing a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of geniposide in zhizijiedu capsules.Methods Geniposide was extracted by ultrasonic extraction for 30 min.The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Kromasil ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm）with a mobile phase consisting of an acetonitrile-water（15∶85,v/v）mixture.The detection wavelength was set at 238nm.Results The linear range of the detection of geniposide was 0.126 6~0.633 0 μg（r=0.998 0）.The average recovery of geniposide was 97.40%,and RSD was 1.7%（n=5）.Conclusion The methods is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of zhizijiedu capsules without disturb by other component.
