暴露于空气不同时间对血型试剂性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:正确鉴定红细胞血型是确保输血安全的首要条件,但在临床输血和采供血机构血型判定等实际工作中,会出现ABO血型漏检或假阳性。对血型试剂性能的评价及其影响因素的研究可以更好地帮助临床正确鉴定血型。方法:本实验将通过对两种国产ABO血型试剂及Rh(D)血型试剂的效价及亲和力在暴露在空气不同时间条件下的变化来进行比较,从而观察在这种条件下对血型鉴定结果有无影响。结果:试剂在暴露在空气(室温)不同时间后所测的效价变化不大,但暴露在空气(室温)不同时间对亲和力的影响随时间的延长而减弱,特别是Rh(D)血型试剂亲和力变化较大。结论:在检测血型时试剂不能暴露在空气太长时间,否则会导致亲和力降低而错判结果。 Objective:To exactly authenticates the red cell blood type is initial condition that insures the blood transfusion safety. But in the actual work which examine blood group, the organization of clinical transfuse and adopt provide the blood will occasionally make the wrong effect such as false negative or false positive. Try to evaluate the function of BG reagent and study its influential factor with help the clinic to type the BG perfectly. Methods:This experiment will examine the potency and affinity of two kinds of monoclonal anti -A (B)reagent and Rh (D) re- agent under the condition of expose in the air in defferent period of time, so that to observe if there would be influence the result in typing BG ex- amine on that condition. Results:There are almost no effection to the potency of the BG reagent while expose it in the air( indoor temperature) in defferent period of time. However,it is have effection to the affinity of the BG reagent under that condition. It will be weaker and weaker as the time of exposing in the air extend. Conclusion:While taking BG examination,we can not expose the BG -reagent too long in the air, otherwhise, the affinity will step down and lead to the error result.
