窄谱红蓝光交替照射联合甘草锌颗粒治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

Combination of narrow-band red and blue light with zinc glycyrrhizic in treatment of vulgaris acne

目的:观察窄谱红蓝光交替照射联合甘草锌颗粒治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:90例痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予窄谱红蓝光交替照射联合甘草锌颗粒治疗,对照组单独口服甘草锌颗粒。治疗前后对病情进行评分,评估疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为72.9%和52.4%,治疗组疗效和有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱红蓝光交替照射联合甘草锌颗粒治疗痤疮疗效优于单用甘草锌颗粒。

Objectlve：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combination of red and blue light with zinc glycyrrhizic in vulgaris ache. Methods ：90 patients received vulgaris ache suffer were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The patients in observation group received the combination of narrow - band red and blue light with zinc glycyrrhizic management. At the same time the patients in control group received zinc glycyrrhizic only. The determination of condition were performed in all the patients before and after treatment and then the clinic effectiveness were compared. Results：After treatment, the total effective rates in the observation group and control group were 72.9% and 52.4% respectively, there was statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of narrowband red and blue light with zinc glycyrrhizic in treatment of vulgaris acne is superior to zinc glycyrrhizic only.
