足跗外侧皮瓣移植修复虎口瘢痕挛缩

Lateral tarsal flap transplantation in the treatment of contracture of first web

目的探讨应用足跗外侧皮瓣移植修复虎口瘢痕挛缩的手术疗效。方法采用游离足跗外侧皮瓣移植修复创伤术后虎口瘢痕挛缩12例。结果 12例均获随访,时间3～8(5.5±0.8)个月。术后虎口饱满,外形满意,皮色正常,无继发挛缩。术后虎口角由术前平均25°±5°提高到平均65°±6°,宽度术前平均15 mm±3.5 mm,术后平均50 mm±6.6 mm。术后3个月开始恢复感觉功能;拇指对掌、内收、外展功能明显改善,可完成日常生活及部分工作。结论足跗外侧皮瓣移植治疗创伤性虎口瘢痕挛缩临床疗效满意。

Objcetive To explore the efficacy of lateral tarsal flap implantation in the treatment of eontracture of first web. Methods 12 cases of contractures of first web were repaired by lateral tarsal flap transplantation. Results Fol- low-up was achieved in 12 patients for 3 to 8 months with a mean of 5.5 _＋ 0. 8 months. Transplanted skin survived with satisfying sensory and profile. The average angle of first web was raised from 25~ ~5~ to 65~ _＋6~ and the aver- age breadth is raised from 15 mm -＋ 3.5 mm to 50 mm ~ 6. 6 mm. The sensory function was recuperated ＂after 3 months of the operation. The function of opposition, adduction and abduction of first finger improved obviously. The patients could finish daily life and some work. Conclusions Lateral tarsal flap transplantation in clinical therapeutic effect is satisfactory to repair contracture of first web.
