摘要
目的探讨应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣一期修复双侧足跟部冻伤皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法对7例双侧足跟部冻伤皮肤软组织缺损患者选择腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复。缺损面积:2 cm×3 cm~8 cm×10 cm,切取皮瓣面积:4 cm×3 cm~12 cm×9 cm。结果皮瓣一期愈合5例(10足),二期愈合2例(4足)。患者均获随访,时间6个月~2年。皮瓣质地、颜色均良好,行走正常。结论腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣血供可靠,层次清晰,操作简单,对小腿功能和外形影响小,皮瓣转移幅度大,是修复足跟部严重冻伤软组织缺损的良好方法。
Objective To explore the application of reversed sural neurocutaneous island flaps for primary repair of bilateral heel frostbite skin soft tissue defects. Methods 7 patients with bilateral heel frostbite skin and soft tissue defects were repaired with reversed sural neurocutaneous island flap. The defects were 2 cm x 3 cm -8 cm × 10 cm, and the flaps were harvested with 4 cmx 3 cm - 12 cm× 9 cm. Results Flaps got primary healing in 5 cases ( 10 feet) , and secondary healing in 2 cases(4 feet). The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, The skin quality and color were good. All cases restored normal walking. Conclusions The reversed sural neurocutaneous is- land flap has advantages of good blood supply, clear arrangement, simple operation, little function and shape impact on leg, and easy mobilization, which is ideal'to repair heel frostbite severe soft tissue defects.
