The one-stage reconstruction cruciate ligaments under arthroscopy

摘要 目的探讨一期关节镜下重建前交叉韧带(ACL)及后交叉韧带(PCL)的疗效。方法一期在关节镜下联合重建11例患者ACL及PCL,并修补其它膝关节结构。评估患者术后并发症、膝关节活动度,使用Lysholm评分评估膝关节功能情况。结果 11例均获随访,时间12~36个月。10例可满足日常生活,1例轻度关节僵硬并仍诉膝关节疼痛、不稳感。1例腓总神经损伤感觉运动基本恢复。主动关节活动度:术前平均78.6°±10.3°,术后平均121.0°±10.5°;膝关节Lysholm功能评分:术前平均37.5分±5.3分,术后平均82.5分±6.3分。结论一期在关节镜下联合重建ACL及PCL、修补其它膝关节结构治疗创伤性膝关节脱位是一种有效的方法。 Objective To explore the one-stage reconstruction effects of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) and posteri- or crueiate ligament(PCL) under arthroscopy. Methods 11 cases were treated with ACL and PCL reconstruction under one-stage arthroseopy and repaired other structures of knee. The outcome was measured from the following as- pects:complication,range of the knee and Lysholm scoring. Results 11 cases were followed up from 12 to 36 months. 10 patients could meet daily life and there was 1 patient who had slight knee stiffness and had pain and insta- bility. One patient's feeling and sports function of the general peroneal nerve recovered to the normal level. The move- ment ranges of the knee were 78.6° ±10. 3° preoperatively and 121.0°± 10. 5° postoperatively. Lysholm scores of the knee function was 37.5 ± 5.3 preoperatively and 82. 5 ±6. 3 postoperatively. Conclusions One-stage combined reconstructing the ACL and PCL under arthroscopy and repairing other structures of knee is an effective method to treat traumatic dislocation of the knee.
