金属大头全髋置换术的早期临床疗效观察

Short-term result and clinical comprehension on application of metal XL heads total hip replacement

目的探讨金属大头全髋置换术的早期临床治疗效果。方法对41例患者(42髋)行金属大头全髋置换术。结果 41例均获随访,时间16～39个月。应用Harris髋关节评分系统进行分析,Harris评分:术前为22～51(33±10.9)分,术后为85～98(93.5±4.3)分,末次随访时为88～100(96.6±3.1)分。优39髋,良3髋。结论金属大头全髋置换术近期临床疗效满意,中、远期临床结果仍需进一步研究。

Objective To approach the short-term result of metal XL heads total hip replacement and clinical com- prehension. Methods 42 hips in 41 patients were treated with metal XL heads total hip replacement. Results All patients obtained the follow-up for 16 - 39 months. The Harris score rose from 22 - 51 （ 33 ± 10.9 ） preoperatively to 85-98（93.5±4. 3） postoperatively, and 88 - 100（96. 6 ± 3.1 ） in the latest follow-up. 39 hips were excellent,3 good. Conclusions The short-term result of metal XL heads total hip replacement is satisfactory, but the medium and long-term effection still needs the further research.
