摘要
统筹兼顾文化传承与文化创新,促进社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣,具有十分重要的意义。文化传承与文化创新的统一性与差异性决定了我们要统筹兼顾;文化传承与文化创新面临的发展困境要求我们要处理好传统文化形态与新兴边缘文化形态发展、激发发展活力与保持主导控制力、发展产品生产与占领研发高端三个方面的关系。要建立并完善构建国家思想文化理论和文化价值体系、政府引导、科技介入、文化政策和体制的综合创新、传统文化形态与新兴边缘文化形态互动五大创新机制,以中华文化的繁荣兴盛助推中华民族的伟大复兴。
It is of great significance to coordinate cultural inheritance and cultural innovation so as to pro- mote the development of the socialist culture. The unity and difference between the two make it necessary for us to coordinate them. The difficulty and challenges that they are facing demand that we should handle well the relationship between traditional culture and new marginal subcultures, the stimulation of driving developmental forces and the maintenance of control, the making of products and the researches on high and new technologies. We should formulate the innovative mechanism in five major areas to realize the prosperity of Chinese culture and promote the revitalization of the Chinese nation.
