摘要
以超级稻铁粳7为试材,设全程深施肥、全层施肥和表层施肥3个处理,研究不同处理对水稻产量及其构成因素、直链淀粉和蛋白质含量、味度值的影响。结果表明:处理间产量、蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量、味度值差异均达极显著水平;全程深施肥能提高水稻的穗数、穗粒数、产量和蛋白质含量,降低结实率、千粒重、直链淀粉含量及味度值。
By using a high yield rice variety Tiejing 7 as materials,the effects of three kinds of fertilizer application methods on rice yield and its components,amylose content,protein content and taste value of rice were studied.The three fertilization methods were deep application in the whole growth period(DAF),incorporating into all soil layers(IAF)and surface application(SAF).The results showed that there were significant differences(P0.01)in grain yield,rice protein content,amylose content and taste value of rice between different treatments.Under DAF treatment,spike number,grain number per spike,grain yield and rice protein content increased,however,seed setting rate,1000-grain weight,amylose content and taste value of rice decreased compared with the other three treatments.
