Research Progress on Monitoring,Early Warning,Prevention and Control of Agricultural Disaster

人类农业生产是在不断应对各种农业灾害的过程中发展起来的,农业灾害已经成为制约我国经济发展和社会安定的重要因素。防治农业灾害已成为政府的工作重点,同时也是专家学者们关心的热点问题。该文对农业灾害的监测、预警、防控问题的探讨成果进行了综述,以为减少农业灾害造成的损失提供参考。

Human developed agricultural production in the constant process of responding to various agricultural disasters.However,agricultural disasters have restricted China′s economic development and social stability.Therefore,preventing agricultural disasters became the top priority work for the government,and it became a hot issue,which attracted great concern of experts and scholars.This paper reviewed the agricultural disaster monitoring,early warning,prevention and control,so as to provide references for reducing economic losses due to agricultural disaster.
