应用破窗理论提高护理人员用药安全

Aplication of the broken windows theory to improve nurses' medication safety

目的探讨破窗理论在临床用药护理中的应用,提高临床用药护理安全管理。方法将我院6个病区随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用一般的临床用药护理管理方法,试验组在一般护理管理的基础上加用"破窗理论"实行用药护理安全管理,观察2组用药安全情况。结果应用破窗理论后试验组患者投诉率低,医生满意度提高,用药差错发生率低(P<0.01)。结论应用破窗理论规范护理人员用药行为,可以提高临床用药安全。

Objective To explore the broken window theory in clinical drug application of clinical medication, to improve nursing care safety management. Methods The clinical data from six randomly divided into the ward） and the control group, the control group was used by general clinical medicine nursing management method, the experimental group in general nursing management based on the combined with ＂broken Windows＂ theory of drug use nursing safety management. Results After Applying broken w^ndow theory, complaints rate of the patients was low, the satisfaction rate to doctor increased, medication errors relatively was low P〈0.01.Conclusion Application of broken window theory guided clinical medication safety management, improving the care nursing staff drug safety, which improve clinical safety.
