头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年重症下呼吸道感染的护理体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年重症下呼吸道感染的疗效及护理体会。方法回顾分析100例患者的临床资料。结果与对照组相比(84.0%),观察组的有效率明显增高(96.0%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。与对照组相比(14.0%),观察组的不良反应率明显降低(4.0%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年重症下呼吸道感染,并给予相应的对症护理干预,可明显提高其疗效,减少并发症。
