血清尿酸水平在2型糖尿病发生发展中的意义 被引量:6

Significance of serum uric acid level in the development and progress of type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸水平在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生发展中的意义。方法检测934例T2DM患者、1329例空腹血糖(FPG)受损者及16243例健康体检者血清尿酸水平及其相关代谢指标。根据血清尿酸水平分别对男、女T2DM患者进行分组,分析不同尿酸水平与各代谢指标的相关性。结果 T2DM及FPG受损者较血糖正常者年龄偏大,体重指数(BMI)、收缩压、FPG、甘油三酯、尿酸增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低;不同性别血糖水平与尿酸水平变化呈正性线性关系,相同血糖水平下男性尿酸水平明显高于女性;T2DM患者按照性别尿酸分层分析显示,BMI、收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇、甘油三酯和FPG与血清尿酸水平呈正相关。结论血清尿酸水平是T2DM发生发展的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the significance of serum uric acid level in the development and progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Serum uric acid level and other factors related to metabolic disease were detected in 934 T2DM patients(group T2DM),1329 cases with impaired fasting glucose(group IFG) and 16243 people with normal glucose(group C).The sex-specific cutoff for serum uric acid quartiles and multivariate analysis model were used to analyze the relationship between uric acid and other factors.Results The age was older and body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG) and serum uric acid level were higher,while high-density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol level was lower in groups of T2DM and IFG than those in group C.The serum uric acid level was positively correlated to glucose in male and female,which was higher in male than that in female at the same glucose levels.The sex-specific cutoff for serum uric acid quartiles and multivariate analysis model showed that BMI,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol(CHO),TG,FPG were positively correlated to serum uric acid level.Conclusion The serum uric acid is an independent risk factor for the development and progress of T2DM.
