摘要
目的:研究当归油对白色念珠菌芽管形成及其黏附人口腔上皮细胞的影响。方法:将100、50、10mg/L当归油分别与白色念珠菌悬液、白色念珠菌与人口腔上皮细胞混合液共同孵育,显微镜下计数芽管形成率、白色念珠菌对人口腔上皮细胞的黏附百分率,分别设立阳性对照组和阴性对照组,重复5次试验。结果:当归油各剂量组白色念珠菌芽管生成率及对口腔上皮细胞黏附率低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),100 mg/L当归油组白色念珠菌芽管生成率及对口腔上皮细胞黏附率低于50 mg/L、10 mg/L当归油组(P<0.05),与阳性对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:当归油对体外白色念珠菌的芽管形成及黏附性有较强抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of angelica oil on Candida albicans germ tube formation and adhesion of Candida albicans to human oral epithelial cells.Methods: Candida albicans suspension and mixed suspension of Candida albicans with human oral epithelial cells were incubated with various concentrations of angelica oil(100,50,10 mg/L) respectively.The rates of germ tube formation and Candida albicans adhering to human oral epithelial cells were counted under microscope.Results: All concentrations of angelica oil inhibited Candida albicans germ tube formation and adhesion of Candida albicans to oral epithelial cells.Conclusions: Angelica oil could inhibit Candida albicans germ tube formation and adhesion of Candida albicans to oral epithelial cells.
