论城市风貌视野下的住区建筑设计策略——以古都西安为例

On the Principle of Residential Building Design Under the View of City Style——Taking the Ancient Capital Xi'an as an Example

在一个城市的历史发展过程中,不可能将每一个建筑都做成标志性建筑,如果那样也就没有标志了。城市既要有精彩的标志性建筑,也要有大量的、成片的、呈现出统一和谐风貌的背景建筑。而居住区就是这类建筑的主要组成部分,必须要与城市特有的风貌和肌理相吻合。本文在此观点论述的基础上,分析笔者所主持、参与设计的工程实例,提出了住区设计的几点原则。

It is impossible to design each building into a landmark in the development process of a city since there would be no specialty if all the things are special.Even though cities have need of excellent landmark buildings indeed,plentiful,harmonious and uniform ordinary buildings play increasingly significant role in urban area.Essentially,residential area is the main part of these which should be designed in accordance with urban texture and identity.On the basis of the views,analysis the author＇ s chairs and involved in the design of the project,put forward the principles on residential district design.
