摘要
保障性住房是目前中国住房政策的重点,但是何为保障性住房并没有一个清晰明确的定义。住房现象虽然复杂,但是西方发达国家住房政策和概念之中存在着清晰的逻辑性和指向性,本文将中外住房发展背景和概念作一个简单对比,以帮助认识中国住房发展中各种各样的住房概念,并强调住房政策的逻辑性。
As the focus of China＇s housing development,security housing lacks of a clear definition. Though not aiming at providing one,the paper tries to clarify it by comparing China＇s socially-oriented housing provisions with western counterparts,and stresses the logic in the making of housing policy.
