西安市的廉租住房体系经过十多年的建设发展,正在不断完善的过程中。本文在国家政策的背景下,分析了西安市廉租住房政策以及实际建设的发展变化,剖析总结了当前西安市廉租住房建设中的优点和存在的问题,为未来的城市廉租房建设发展提供指导建议。
