复合树脂加强型玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩核修复后牙残根残冠比较 被引量：8

摘要 临床上残根残冠的保留与修复对于维持牙列完整和咀嚼功能具有重要意义，目前通常采用桩核及全冠修复技术保留残根残冠。金属桩核因其良好的机械性能已在临床上应用两百余年，并且仍在广泛应用，但是由于其机械特性与牙体差异较大，从而影响到其固位力，增加了对剩余牙体的应力，因此发生根管壁折裂的风险较高，而且还存在不透光性、
