循证护理在乳房缩小术术前备皮中的应用

Utilization of evidence-based nursing in reduction mammaplasty skin preparation

目的:运用循证护理的实践程序,探讨乳房缩小术患者术前不剃毛备皮的可行性。方法:将50例(100侧)行乳房缩小术患者分为剃毛备皮组和不剃毛备皮组,拆线时评价两组切口感染率有无差异。结果:不剃毛备皮组患者无切口感染发生。结论:乳房缩小术患者术前不剃毛备皮可行。

Objective To explore the feasibility of non-shave skin preparation preoperatively in patient undergone reduction mammaplasty with evidence-based nursing. Methods Fifty patients were divided into shave skin preparation group and non-shave skin preparation group, and infection was evaluated after suture out. Results There was no infection in patients in non-shave skin preparation group. Conclusion Non-shave skin preparation preoperatively is feasible in patient undergone reduction mammaplasty.
