Growth of BaF_2 Crystal with Large Scale

摘要 通过软件模拟设计合理的炉体温场结构,并对晶体原料的提纯及生长工艺条件进行优化,采用改进的坩埚下降法成功地制备出了大尺寸、高质量的氟化钡晶体。晶体的透过率在0.2~10μm波长范围内高于85%,最高透过率约为94%。 By designing appropriate temperature field of the furnace using simulation software,and optimizing the processes of purifying the raw material(BaF2) and the conditions of crystal growth,the BaF2 single crystal with large scale and high quality has been grown successfully by modified Bridgman method.The transmittance of the BaF2 crystal is more than 85% at wavelength from 0.2 μm to 12 μm,and its maximum is up to about 94%.
