摘要
目的:探讨芥菜籽(MS)对1,2-二甲基肼(DMH)诱导的大鼠大肠癌的预防作用。方法:用DMH腹腔注射诱导大鼠发生大肠癌,观察MS对诱癌率及胸腺指数和脾指数等的影响。结果:用DMH成功诱导大鼠大肠癌模型,正常对照组未见肿瘤发生,DMH组腺癌发生率为83.33%(10/12),腺瘤发生率为16.67%(2/12),总肿瘤发生率为100%(12/12),肝及淋巴结转移率为58.33%(7/12)。5%MS和7.5%MS组腺癌发生率比DMH组分别降低了58.33%和75.00%(χ2=15.662,P=0.000),肝及淋巴结转移率分别降低了41.66%和50.00%(χ2=8.585,P=0.014),总肿瘤发生率〔66.67%(8/12),41.70%(5/12)〕亦显著低于DMH组(χ2=9.687,P=0.008),而腺瘤发生率〔41.67%(5/12),33.33%(4/12)〕则高于DMH组。7.5%MS组大鼠胸腺指数和脾指数均明显大于DMH组,P值分别为0.013和0.037;同时5%MS组胸腺指数也显著大于DMH组,P=0.039。结论:MS对DMH诱导的大肠癌有预防发生及减少转移的作用,并能改善机体免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of mustard seed (MS) against colorectal cancer in rats induced by 1, 2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) in vivo. METHODS: The eoloreetal cancer model induced by DMH intraperitoneal injection. The effect of mustard seed on the incidence of eolorectal cancer, spleen index and thymus index were observed. RESULTS: The eolorectal cancer model was successfully established in this experiment. The incidence of colorectal adenocarcinoma in DMH group was 83. 33% (10/12), the adenoma incidence was 16. 67% (2/12), the total tumor incidence was 100% (12/12), and the liver and mesenterie lymph node metastasis rate was 58.33 % (7/12). The incidence of adenoeareinoma in 5% MS group and 7.5%MS group was 58.33% and 75.00% respectively lower than that in DMH group (?(2 =15. 662, P=0. 000). The liver and mesenteric lymph node metastasis rate of colorectal cancer in 5% MS group and 7. 5%MS group was 41.66% and 50.00% respectively lower than that in DMH group ( 2 =8. 585,P 0. 014). And the incidence of total colorectal tumor in 5% MS group and 7.5%MS group was 66.67%(8/12) and 41.70%(5/12) respectively lower than that in DMH group (X2)C =9. 687,P=0. 008). While the incidence of colorectal adenoma in 5% MS group (41.67%, 5/12) and 7. 5 % MS group (33.33%,4/12) was slightly higher than that in DMH group (16. 67%,2/12). The thymus and spleen index of rats in 7.5%MS group were markedly higher than that in DMH group (P=0. 013; P=0. 037). And the thymus index of rats in 5%MS group was also markedly higher than that of DMH group (P=0. 039). CONCLUSION: MS have the effects of preventing colorectal cancer induced by DMH, and it can improve organisn'/s immunefunetion.
