低剂量X射线对小鼠树突状细胞与T淋巴细胞之间免疫反应的影响 被引量:4

摘要 低剂量辐射(low dose radiation,LDR)兴奋效应机制的研究,涉及了基因调控、信号转导、细胞功能和整体调节等方面,但电离辐射对免疫细胞间反应影响及机制研究的报道不多,特别是在体外采用两种免疫细胞共培养体系,探讨LDR对其细胞间反应的研究尚少见报道。树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)作为体内功能最强大的专职性抗原提呈细胞(antigen presenting cell,APC),在启动适应性免疫应答中起着独特的作用。
