低剂量放射超敏感性机制研究及临床应用现状

摘要 低剂量超敏感性（hypersensitivity，HRS），是指低剂量下（〈50cGy）射线所致细胞存活分数的下降程度较大，剂量再增大时（50-100cGy）则出现相对的放射抗拒（increased radiation resistance，IRR）的现象。研究者通过准确地测定低剂量照射时细胞存活，发现在低剂量照射下有些细胞存活与数学模型外推结果不符，而呈超敏感现象。
