摘要 分析了法向载荷、陶瓷砖表面材料性质、表面干湿污染对建筑地面与橡胶界面静摩擦影响因素。研究表明,当法向荷载不断增大时,地面砖的摩擦系数也会随之增大,同时在材质不一样的砖面摩擦系数的变化也会有所差别,但总体上建筑地面与橡胶界面静摩擦系数是随着法向荷载的增大而增强的。特别要注意的是建筑地面表面的干湿因素,在一定的法向荷载下,表面干湿程度对地面砖的摩擦系数的影响不明显,甚至没有影响,但当法向荷载增大到一定程度的时候,表面干湿程度对建筑地面的摩擦系数影响尤其明显,该因素为正常人的体重荷载下对建筑地面与橡胶界面静摩擦性能影响的主要因素。 This article analyzes vertical loading and tile surface materials" properties and the influence factors between surface dry wet pollution to building ground and rubber colloid interface's static friction. Research shows that when the vertical loading increasing, the friction coefficient of floor tile will then increase. Meanwhile,the change proportion of friction coefficient will be also different accord- ing to various smooth degree and materials in the tiles,but overall, the static friction performances of the building ground and rubber colloid interface are enhanced along with vertical loading increasing. It should be paid more attention to dry wet factors of building ground surface. In certain vertical loading, the influence from surface dry wet degree to floor tiles" friction coefficient is not obvious and even not exist. But when the vertical loading increases to a certain degree, the influence from surface dry wet degree to floor tiles' friction coefficient becomes particularly obvious. The factor is the major one of the influence factors that the load building ground impacts rubber colloid's static friction performance under normal weight.
