发作性睡病误诊1例报道 被引量：3

摘要 患儿，男，6岁，以“白昼睡眠增多，双下肢无力8个月”为主诉于2011年2月就诊。8个月前患儿无明显诱因出现头痛伴腹痛，持续约10min后自行缓解，缓解后活动正常，每日发作2～3次，无意识丧失及四肢抽搐，于当地医院行头颅CT检查显示：右颞叶蛛网膜囊肿、透明膜囊肿，未明确诊断。
