翅茎白粉藤药材薄层色谱检测方法研究

Experimental research on TLC identification of Cissus hexangularis

目的:建立翅茎白粉藤药材的薄层色谱鉴别。方法:翅茎白粉藤经80%的乙醇提取后,以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6:4:0.2)为展开剂,对翅茎白粉藤中白藜芦醇进行薄层鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,能有效鉴别翅茎白粉藤中白藜芦醇。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method of Thin Layer Chromatography（TLC） identification for Cissus hexangularis.METHODS：Chloroform-ethyl acetate-formic acid（6：4：0.2） as developing solvent and identification by TLC for resveratrol in extractions with 80% ethanol from Cissus hexangularis.RESULT： The spots of TLC distinction were fairly clear which could distinguish resveratrol in Cissus hexangularis.
