摘要
考虑到企业对不同产品的需求情况(如价格、质量)不同会对选择供应商时的指标评价权重产生影响,本文将最小化评估指标综合值和产品对指标评价权重系数相结合,建立了供应商选择的数学模型;构造了适合该模型的带有"扰动策略"的蚁群算法,并阐述了求解过程;通过Matlab软件对某汽车企业采购配件的过程进行了试验,证明了本文所提出的模型及算法是合理有效的,为企业进行供应商选择问题提供了一种更实际的解决方法。
The demand for different products,such as prices and quality of the product,impacts the weight of supplier evaluation.This article established a supplier selection model that combines the minimized assessment of comprehensive index values and product evaluation index weight coefficient.The paper constructed the model for this problem with a "disturbance strategy" of the ant colony algorithm and elaborated the solving process.The paper also proved that the established model and the algorithm are reasonable and effective by using a simulation in Matlab for the procurement process of parts of an automobile enterprise.The paper provides a more practical solution for the vendor selection.
