癫痫的细胞水平研究及进展 被引量:1

Research Advances of Epilepsy on Cellular Level

摘要 癫痫是一种难治性神经系统疾病,目前医疗水平还不能将该病完全治愈,大多以控制为主。癫痫的成因仍然未能阐明,很多学者针对其不同的成因,采用不同的方法来研究癫痫的发作机制,研究层面也各不相同。技术手段上,膜片钳技术可以更加直接的从功能方面来阐述癫痫电生理方面的特征与性质。此文主要探讨用于膜片钳技术的细胞材料的特点,以及其应用。 Epilepsy is an incurable disorder of nervous system,and most treatments can only control the symptoms.The mechanism of epilepsy is still unknown.Many researchers try to learn the mechanism of epilepsy in different levels and by different methods,including molecular biology,cell and in vivo models.Technically,patch clamp,a functional method for electrophysiology,is an effective way to learn the characteristics and property of epilepsy.This review introduces the characteristics and application of cell preparation of patch clamp of epilepsy.
