制定合理的费率结构是节水关键

THE KEY TO SAVING WATER IS TO WORK OUT A REASONABLE CHARGE RATE STRUCTURE

为合理利用水资源,本文介绍了节约用水的一种主要手段——合理费率的制定。分析论述了我国现行的水费体制状况,结合国内外一些资料,提出了一种适合我国消费状态的费率结构,论述了分类定价、累进计价式费率结构的制定方法。该方法对于我国的节水工作将是非常有益的。

In order to reasonably utilize water resources this thesis introduces an importnat means of saving water- the plan of reasonable charge rate for water. By analysing current water charge rate system with referecne to imformations at home and abroad, a new water charge rate structure suitable to the consuming state of our country is worked out. Process for formulating the charge rate structure based on classified fixing and progressive accounting of water price is also explained in this paper. This method will play an important role in saving water in China.
