TOWNLAND were commissioned by Ihe Administrative Committee of Suzhou Science and Technology Town to undertake the Master Planning and Urban Design of the Central Business District at the heart of the Suzhou Science and Technology Town （SSTT） The Central Business District （CAD） achieves a high concentralion ofvarious city functions, including commercial and financial services, business, offices, cultural recreational, hotel, and hlgh-end residential uses, etc.
