城市型大学的集约化发展模式观察

Observation on Intensive Development Approaches of Urban Campus

城市型的大学校区相对于城郊新校区拥有不可替代的发展优势,在近年国外大学的发展中,城市大学的再开发也得到越来越多的关注。城市型大学是否可以作为未来中国大学校园发展的一个重要方向,是值得学界探索的重要课题。本文基于对国外城市型大学的相关研究,归纳出建筑布局和形态的集中化、建筑内容和功能的复合化、建造技术和运营的效率化等若干倾向,希望其凸显的集约化建设发展理念能为我国的相关建设提供参考。

Compared to new-built suburban campuses, old campuses in central city have irreplaceable advantages, Re-development of urban campuses in foreign countries has also increasingly become a hot spot in recent years. Whether urban campuses could become an essential direction of future development of Chinese campuses is worth researching. This paper summarizes the study of foreign campus to reveal the thought of intensive design and common trends： centralization on planning and forming, integration on content and function, efficiency on construction and operation.
