新时期深圳市绿色空间规划与管理的新思维

Green Pathway Network:Shenzhen Green Space Planning And Management

当前,随着我国城市化进程的加速推进,生态环境保护与城市建设开发之间的矛盾已经成为越来越多地区面临的难题。基于此,深圳市近年来在城市绿色空间规划与管理领域进行了持续的探索和实践,通过推进"公园之城"建设、构筑全域生态绿地系统及划定"基本生态控制线"等,力图改善城市面貌和人居环境。为了应对现实的挑战,研究提出深圳市绿色空间规划与管理的新思路——从刚性保护到有机管理,据此提出深圳市绿道网规划建设的新尝试,以期为其他城市绿色空间的规划与管理工作提供启示。

Ecological preservation and urban development contradictions have become a major problem for many cities as urbanization accelerates.Shenzhen has promoted garden city development,established an urban ecological system with basic ecological line control,and improved cityscape and human living environment.Facing actual challenges,the paper proposes Shenzhen urban green spatial planning and management new concept： from rigid protection to organic management.The paper raises green pathway network concept and provides a reference for other cities.
