氩激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞疗效观察

Observation of treatment for branch vein occlusion with applying Argon laser

目的探讨应用氩绿激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法对66例(66只眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞区行弥漫性光凝,如合并黄斑水肿眼行黄斑区格栅状光凝,3个月后复诊,仍有渗漏者行2次或3次光凝。结果 3个月后,70%患者视网膜水肿、渗漏消失。72%视力提高,86%新生血管消退,83%无新生血管出现。结论氩绿激光光凝视网膜可使多数视网膜分支静脉阻塞所致渗漏、水肿、无灌注区获得缓解,减少新生血管发生。

Objective To investigate the treatment of branch vein occlusion with applying Argon laser.Methods The diffused photocoagulation of macular area was performed on sixty-six eyes.Cases that mix with macular edema were performed grid photocoagulation of macular area as well.Cases that still with such symptoms would take operation for the second or third time.Results In 3 months,the symptom of edema and leaking in 70% of 66 eyes vanished,new vessels in 86% of the cases subsided and the progress of neovascularization in 83% of the cases ceased to continue.Conclusion By applying laser photocoagulation with Argon laser to retina,symptoms of edema and leaking in most cases of branch vein occlusion decreased or disappeared,and neovascularization was reduced.
