正义原则与现代中国公共政策的道德基础

The Principle of Justice and the Moral Bases of Modern Public Policy

现代中国正经历着一系列重大且影响深远的公共政策变革,学界对这种变革的道德基础究竟是什么存在很大争议。本文认为,现代中国公共政策变革的道德基础是正义原则,我们可以在这一原则的框架内构建具有中国特色的公共政策理论。

China is going through a series of important and farreaching change about public policy now;however,there are a lot of debates about the moral bases of this change.This paper argues that the moral bases of the change about public policy in contemporary China should comply with ＂just＂ basic principle,and we could build our own public policy within the framework of this principle.
