The lowcarbon economy has already become the new direction of the development of the world＇s future economy.The low-carbon export also becomes the new hot spot of the international trade by its special advantages.And the lowcarbon production will become the new pillar of the export trade of every country.Under the instruction of the theory of the lowcarbon economy,lowcarbon barrier comes into being and becomes the main barrier mode of the future international trade.The starting and developing of the lowcarbon barrier will certainly make enormous influence on Chinese export trade.In order to deal with the foreign lowcarbon barrier effectively and promptly,the designation and implementation of legal measures which are taken in Chinese export trade is urgent.
