‘香菇135'培养基质中菌丝相对生物量的确定 被引量:1

摘要 在已构建‘香菇135'菌丝生物量与提取DNA量关联标准曲线的基础上,分析了香菇培养基质的DNA本底量和基质对‘香菇135'菌丝DNA提取的影响,以此为基础测定了‘香菇135'三角瓶培养物和不同出菇状态的菌棒中的菌丝相对生物量,估算了测定的误差范围。结果表明:三角瓶中后期菌丝占培养物重量的21%左右,从丽水采集的出菇状态为好、中和差的香菇菌棒中菌丝分别占培养物重量的39%、50%和61%(以相对菌丝干重占培养物干重的百分比计)。 Based on the established correlation standard curve between the 'Strain 135' mycelium biomass and the DNA content extracted from the 'Strain 135 ', effects of the culture medium and its background DNA content on the DNA extraction of the 'Strain 135' mycelia were analyzed,and sub sequently the 'Strain 135 ' culture in triangular flasks and relative mycelium biomass of culture bags in different fruiting states were measured respectively, with the error range of measurement being estimated. The results showed that the later-stage mycelia in the flasks were about 21% of the culture weight,and by dry weight the mycelia collected from the culture bags in good,medium and poor fruitin states in Lishui,Zheiian,accounted for 39%,50% and 61% of culture weight,respectively.
