可控震源技术在锚杆锚固质量无损检测中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 本文从完善锚杆锚固质量检测体系出发,提出以可控震源技术实现对应力波信号的精确控制,并调制出具有良好自相关性的Chirp信号作为震源信号。借助自主开发的Delphi应用程序,笔者实现了多种检测信号,并对信号的频带、自相关特性等特点进行了对比研究,结果证明Chirp信号非常适合于作为锚杆质量检测信号,而且可控震源技术的实现也必然引发锚杆质量检测精度的大幅提高。 For perfecting the testing system of bolt-anchoring quality,we put forward vibroseis technique to accurately realize the control of stress wave signal,and Chirp signal,which has good autocorrelation,is adopted as vibroseis signal.With the help of our application compiled by Delphi,many kinds of signal are modulated,and their frequency band and autocorrelation are compared carefully with each other.Finally,Chirp signal is proved to be very suitable as a testing signal,and the realization of vibroseis will inevitably improve the detecting precision of bolt-anchoring quality.
