The article translates the complicated indexes of investment funds,security,traffic organization,investment decision-making period,comfort and beauty of urban traffic facilities into the quantified economical units to balance the economical influence of setting up the traffic facilities,and to set up the setup economical evaluation index system and model of road traffic facilities,which can evaluate the economical influence of various traffic facilities and provide the data for the setup of the traffic facilities.
