影响马歇尔成型试件吸潮的因素

摘要 根据马歇尔击实仪操作规程要求,沥青混合料被击实成型后,装有试件的试模需要冷却至少12h后再脱模。然而在冷却的这段时间里,试件会吸收周围环境中的水分,给试件体积指标测量的准确性造成严重干扰。因此,有必要影响马歇尔成型试件吸潮的因素。研究了沥青混合料拌和与压实温度、有机温拌添加剂、沥青类型等因素。研究结果表明,较低的拌和与压实温度、一定极性大小的有机温拌添加剂、多交联网络结构型沥青均导致马歇尔试件严重吸湿。 Based on Marshall compacting instrument operation instructions,the test model installed with check bar is required to cool to 12 h at least,then the asphalt mixture is demoudled after compacted to mold.However,the check bar will absorb the moisture in the surroundings within this time of cooling,which will cause the serious interference on the veracity of measuring the volume index of check bar.Therefore,it is necessary to influence the factor of Marshall molding check bar to absorb the moisture.The article studies the factors of asphalt mixture mixing and compacting temperature,organic warm-mixing additive and asphalt types.The result shows that the lower mixing and compacting temperature,some polarity size of organic warm-mixing additive and multiple crosslinking network of structural asphalt all lead Marshall check bar seriously to absorb the moisture.
