摘要
在多载波宽带发射机中,射频功放存在固有的非线性特性与记忆效应在功放输出产生了AM/AM与AM/PM失真,进而带来了频谱扩展与带内失真问题,严重影响了通信质量。为了能同时补偿功放的非线性失真与记忆效应,构建了基于间接学习结构的预失真系统,并结合LS算法辨识预失真器的参数。仿真结果表明该预失真系统能很好地补偿功放的非线性失真及记忆效应失真,提高了功放的线性度与效率。
RF Pas have nonlinearities and memory effects that generate AM-AM and AM-PM distortion at the output of the PA in multi-channel wideband wireless transmitters.The effects create spectral regrowth in the adjacent channels and in-band distortion which degrades communication performance.The article makes use of a system for baseband predistortion linearaziton based on indirect learning architecture and offers LS agorithem in order to estimate the coefficient of the PD model.The results from simulation indicate that the baseband predistortion linearization method can be able to compensate for both Pas nonlinearities and memory effects and inhances linearity and efficiency at the same time.
