宫颈罕见恶性肿瘤的临床诊治

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of rare cervical malignant tumors

目的探讨宫颈罕见恶性肿瘤的临床诊治。方法回顾我院2005年1月-2011年6月收治宫颈腺泡状软组织肉瘤、宫颈横纹肌肉瘤、宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌、宫颈原始神经外胚叶瘤8例临床资料,并进行分析。结果 2例死亡(1例宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌,1例宫颈原始神经外胚叶瘤),手术方式基本同于宫颈鳞癌,对于术后是否辅以放化疗,处理不一。结论根据宫颈腺泡状软组织肉瘤、宫颈横纹肌肉瘤、宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌、宫颈原始神经外胚叶瘤的临床特点及目前所报道病例诊治方法进行处理。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rare cervical malignant tumors.Methods Clinical data about 8 patients with cervical alveolar soft tissue sarcoma,cervical rhabdomyosarcoma,cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,primary cervical neuroectodermal tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results One patient with cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and 1 patient with primary cervical neuroectodermal tumor died.The surgical procedure for cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and primary cervical neuroectodermal tumor was almost similar to that for cervical squamous cell carcinoma.No consensus was reached on whether such patients should receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusion Cervical alveolar soft tissue sarcoma,cervical rhabdomyosarcoma,cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,primary cervical neuroectodermal tumor should be treated according to their clinical features or the reported treatment methods.
