RhoA与卵巢癌的研究进展

摘要 卵巢癌是女性常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,近年来卵巢癌发病率逐年上升,但由于卵巢深藏于盆腔,其发病隐蔽,至今缺乏有效的早期诊断方法,大部分患者就诊时多为晚期,治疗及预后差,5年生存率长期徘徊在15%~30%之间。如将目前早期卵巢癌的诊断率由25%提高至75%,则可减少癌死亡人数的50%,因此研究早期卵巢癌的诊断指标,尤其是敏感指标以及基因对卵巢癌的治疗显得尤为重要。
