摘要
以盐城市射阳县为例,分析了乡镇工作人员中存在的各种问题,并从切实提高乡镇工作人员的自身修养和专业知识、加强日常管理、引进激励机制、改革考核机制、引进人才等方面入手,进一步改善乡镇工作人员队伍素质,提升服务水平。
Taking Sheyang County as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the performance of village and town civil servants and argues that the overall improvement of their competence can be achieved by promoting their self-cultivation and professional knowledge, reinforcing the daily management, adopting the incentive mechanism, reforming the assessment mechanism, and introducing the talents.
