关于税务部门公共形象塑造的思考

通过分析税务部门形象塑造过程中亟待解决的问题,提出树立为纳税人服务的理念,指导税务部门形象塑造;加强培训,提高税务人员的公关意识;规范税务行政行为,全面推进依法行政;重视与纳税人的主动沟通,化解征纳矛盾等改变税务部门形象的具体方法。

By analyzing the problems in shaping the image of tax departments, this paper proposes to the establish the concept of serving for the taxpayers, to strengthen the training of tax officials＇ awareness of public relations, to regulate the administrative act of taxation, to promote the administration by law in all aspects, and to resolve the contradictions between collecting and paying, etc.
