摘要
针对行政机关职能部门绩效管理实施中存在的问题,通过对绩效目标设定环节进行剖析,就如何改进现有体系提出了具体的对策和措施。
Referring to the problems in the implementation of performance management in the functional departments of the executive authorities, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures on how to improve the present system through analysis on the setting of performance appraisal goals.
